Return/Exchange


RETURNS POLICY Our products are manufactured by skilled artisans. Every piece is unique, put through stringent quality checks, and is carefully selected before putting on the web-store. That is why you may notice that for most of the items we have only one unit in stock. Once sold, it is very likely that the same product may not be available again, as that design can not be re-produced. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on our products.



Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).



HOW DO YOU RETURN / EXCHANGE? These are pieces of jewelry, and we do not accept as returns any used items.




  • Please inform us within 2 days of receipt of order. You must email ethnicsilverart@gmail.com to notify us.

  • Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of our QC team to decide whether product is approved for return.

  • Once our QC team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method

  • We will replace the items free of charge, if possible, or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging, subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt at our store

  • You will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us. Please write us a mail on ethnicsilverart@gmail.com for address details



We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.



As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway if applicable as per the situations given below



PLEASE NOTE-



1. Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled



2. All original packing, labels, tags, jewelry care cards etc. should be intact



3. All Handcrafted jewelry have minor irregularities which add to the overall uniqueness of the piece. Please allow for these slight variation as no two pieces of handmade jewelry can be identical



4. We have made every possible effort to accurately display colors as they appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee display of any color to be completely accurate as seen by you on your monitor screen



CANCELLATIONS We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. This Website is owned and operated by Ethnic Silver Art. By using our Website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our Website. Ethnic Silver Art reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you, and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible. No Refunds Will Be Given In The Following Cases




  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

  • Incorrect address format.

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

  • If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
